Load Cells

A range of load cells (of varying capacities) are used to measure static and dynamic loads in the centrifuge model tests. An example is the HBM load cell, which can be installed between the actuator and the model foundation (or structure) subjected to monotonic or slow-cyclic loading. Load cells are indispensable for the control of the experiments and for safety during centrifuge testing.
